Can we pay the funds in another currency?
Payments will be made in GBP, so where possible please provide details of a UK bank account. Should you elect to have the payment made to a non-UK bank account there may be additional charges levied by your bank (e.g. currency exchange charges) and delays in your receipt of funds.
We are aware that international bank accounts will require additional information, which we intend to collect separately from you. Please continue to submit the requested information via the link provided, indicating that you are using a non-UK bank account and you will contacted at a later date.
Please note that Shieldpay will only be paying funds in GBP, therefore please ensure that the payment instructions and bank account you provide upon request can accept international payments in GBP.
