I have received an email from Shieldpay, is it safe?
To send your settlement funds to you, we will require your bank account details, which you will be requested to provide to us via a form located on a secure portal that will be emailed to you.
If you receive an email from either notifications@shieldpay.com or noreply@shieldpay.com, then we can confirm that these are legitimate emails that have been sent to all claimants.
