When will I receive my payment?

We are aware that you have been previously onboarded with your law firm and they have shared certain information about you with Shieldpay, such as your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address and phone number. Due to our regulatory obligations, Shieldpay is required to undertake our own due diligence before transferring money to you.  

Payments will be sent to claimants in varying time frames. However, we can assure you that provided that Shieldpay has received all the requisite information from you, you should receive the claim amount within 21 days of having completed our verification checks.
