Currently, we're aware of an issue with customers using Google Chrome as their browser to log in to Shieldpay. This is due to a recent update made by Google which is stopping customers get past the login page on our site. We're working on a fix to rectify this.
You should be able to use a different browser as we've not seen any issues with Safari, Internet Explorer or Firefox. Also, if you have an iPhone you can download our app on the app store and use this to access your Shieldpay account.
