How does Shieldpay fundraising work?

Register for your Shieldpay account using your personal information. This is used by us to complete your registration and for us to perform our customer due diligence and anti-money laundering checks we are required to undertake.
After passing our checks, you will be able to login to Shieldpay to complete the funding of your transaction.
Money will be held in a Payment Account for the benefit of the company until the release conditions have been met.
Once the investment target is reached, we will release funds to the company on their request.
After the money has been released, the company will contact you directly in connection with your investment documents
