Shieldpay will ask for your bank details to pay any withdrawn funds into when a transaction is complete. If you’d like to change the bank details we have on file for you then please contact Customer Support before attempting to withdraw funds.
The name on the bank account details you provide us must be the same as the name registered to your Shieldpay account. We'll verify the details before allowing you to proceed with withdrawing your money.
