Either party can cancel or decline a payment at any time before the transaction is marked as accepted by the responding party.
To cancel a transaction, log into your Shieldpay account and find the transaction you would like to cancel on the transaction list on the dashboard. Select the transaction and then click "Cancel".
If the Shieldpay vault has already been funded, it will take between 2-10 business days for the funds to return to the payer's bank account.
