In the "My Account" section of shieldpay.com, you're able to change your security details. Below are the steps to change your password and PIN. You need to be logged in to your account to access the "My Account" area.
Password and PIN:
In the "Security" section you can change your password and PIN number. To change either of these you will need to enter your current/old password or PIN.
Forgotten your Password?
You can request to reset your Password if you’ve forgotten it, do this by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link on the sign in page.
